Most orders include standard UK mainland delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times vary depending on availability, with an estimated timeframe shown for each product.
Premium white-glove delivery may be available for selected products and locations at an additional cost. Please contact us for availability and a quotation.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving eligible goods. Items must be unused, unassembled and returned in their original packaging. Change-of-mind return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Made-to-order, bespoke and personalised items cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
For deliveries to remote areas or buildings with restricted access, please get in touch prior to purchase.

We offer Free UK Mainland Delivery to Ground Floor Only on all orders.
White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee:

• £150 for large items (e.g. sideboards, beds, cabinets, sofas)
