International Delivery
We welcome international enquiries and can arrange delivery to selected destinations outside the United Kingdom.
As furniture dimensions, packaging requirements and delivery access vary considerably, international delivery is quoted individually rather than calculated automatically at checkout.
Requesting a delivery quotation
Please contact us before placing your order and provide:
The product name and quantity
Your full delivery address and postcode
Details of the property and delivery access
Your preferred delivery service, where applicable
Our team will confirm whether delivery is available and provide an estimated shipping cost and lead time.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, local taxes and handling charges in the destination country. Unless expressly included in our quotation, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The VAT treatment of an order will depend on the delivery destination and applicable UK export requirements. We will confirm this as part of your quotation.
Delivery times
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations or circumstances outside our control. Any estimated timeframe will be provided before your order is confirmed.
Returns
International returns must be authorised by us in advance. Customers are normally responsible for return shipping, insurance, customs charges and ensuring that goods reach us unused and in their original packaging. Please review our Returns Policy before ordering.
