Introduction
Welcome to Designer Furniture Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"). By using our website and placing orders, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The singular form ofany term shall include the plural and vice versa. Designer Furniture Co. Ltd owns the websitewww.designerfurniturecompany.com. The content and copyright belong to The Company. Unauthorised reproduction of images or content is strictly prohibited.
Trade Accounts
As a trade-only supplier, we require potential customers to register a trade account, providing proof of business dealings (e.g., VAT certificates, invoices). The Company reserves the right to accept or reject applications.Misuse of trade accounts may result in termination without notice.
Order and Payment Terms
All orders must be placed in writing or through our website. A deposit is required for order confirmation unless credit terms are established. Full payment must be received before the delivery of goods. Payments are accepted via bank transfer in British Pounds (GBP). The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts up to 5% above the Barclays Bank base rate.~
Product Availability and Stock
While we strive to keep stock availability updated, there may be discrepancies. Customers will be notified if an item is out of stock upon order placement. Stock updates are made regularly to maintain accuracy
Delivery Policy
Standard delivery is between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Lead times typically range from 3-4 weeks after payment. The delivery fee is non-refundable. DFC will not be liable for any damage to goods once delivered inside the customer’s premises. The customer must inspect and sign for the
items upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded after inspection. If no defect is found, the cost of the inspection may be charged to the customer. Undamaged goods returned must be in original packaging and may incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Warranty
All products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage due to misuse, improper assembly, or modifications is not covered.
Intellectual Property
All images, logos, and product designs are the exclusive property of Designer Furniture Co. Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. Misuse of brand names or product images is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except as required by law. The maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
