PRODUCT DETAILS
Malabar Mango Wood Sideboard
Product Description
The Malabar Mango Wood Sideboard combines the warmth of natural timber with richly textured detailing and sculptural metal accents, creating a substantial storage piece with an understated global influence. Crafted from mango wood, its long, low-profile silhouette provides generous storage while retaining a refined, architectural presence.
Four statement doors feature an intricately textured carved-effect surface, bringing depth and artisanal character to the warm, softly washed timber finish. The irregular linear pattern allows light and shadow to move across the façade, giving the Malabar a tactile quality that becomes particularly striking in naturally lit interiors.
Two pairs of doors are punctuated by oversized antique brass-effect circular handles, introducing a jewellery-like focal point and a sophisticated contrast against the pale mango wood. Behind the four doors, the spacious interior is divided into practical compartments with shelving, providing ample concealed storage for tableware, glassware, serving pieces, books and everyday essentials. Discreet cable-management openings at the rear also increase its versatility for media and entertainment use.
With its combination of mango wood, carved texture and aged metallic detailing, the Malabar feels handcrafted and distinctive without becoming overly decorative. It is particularly suited to Organic Modern, Modern Mediterranean, Contemporary Luxe and globally inspired interiors.

Why You'll Love It
The Malabar turns practical storage into a decorative feature. Its greatest strength is the combination of natural mango wood and deeply textured door fronts, which gives the piece considerably more character than a conventional minimalist sideboard while maintaining a calm, neutral palette.
The oversized circular metal handles provide just enough contrast to elevate the design, drawing attention to the symmetry of the four-door façade without overpowering the timber.
Its generous interior also makes the Malabar highly functional. Use it to conceal dining essentials, glassware and serving pieces or take advantage of the rear cable openings and style it as a sophisticated media cabinet beneath a wall-mounted television.
Styling Inspiration
For an Organic Modern interior, position the Malabar against a warm off-white or softly textured plaster wall and style the surface with an oversized ceramic vessel, sculptural table lamp and a small collection of natural objects. Pair with travertine, boucle and warm oak elsewhere in the room to reinforce its tactile character.
For a more elevated Modern Mediterranean scheme, introduce a large abstract artwork or aged mirror above the sideboard, then layer with limestone accessories, handcrafted ceramics and understated greenery. The warm timber and antique brass-effect details will sit beautifully against limewash and earthy neutral tones.
In a dining room, pair the Malabar with a substantial timber or stone dining table and upholstered neutral chairs. Keep the styling deliberately restrained so the textured mango wood façade and circular hardware remain the focal point.
