Alessio Curved Modular Sofa – Mocha

The Alessio Curved Modular Sofa in Mocha combines generous lounge proportions with a softly sculptural silhouette and beautifully gathered upholstery. Designed as a modular seating system, Alessio can be configured to create an inviting arrangement tailored to contemporary living spaces.

Its deep, generously padded seat is complemented by a sweeping curved back and armrest, while distinctive vertical ruched detailing introduces texture, movement and a subtle sense of 1970s glamour. The warm mocha upholstery gives the piece a rich tonal quality, sitting comfortably between soft brown and taupe and making it particularly versatile within warm neutral interiors.

A low-profile upholstered base reinforces the sofa's grounded proportions, allowing the curved upper form and tactile fabric treatment to take centre stage. Alessio is particularly suited to 1970s Glamour, Contemporary Luxe and Contemporary Eclectic interiors, where its combination of softness, scale and expressive detailing can become a defining feature of the room.

Why You'll Love It

Alessio brings together the comfort of oversized lounge seating and the presence of a statement designer sofa. Rather than relying on a conventional straight-backed construction, its curved profile wraps around the seating area to create a more intimate, enveloping feel.

The ruched upholstery is a defining feature. Its repeated folds give the backrest depth and movement, while the understated mocha colour prevents the detailing from becoming overly decorative.

Its modular construction also allows Alessio to work beyond a standard sofa format, making it particularly effective for creating large curved or conversational seating arrangements in open-plan living rooms.

Styling Inspiration

For a 1970s Glamour interior, build Alessio into a generous curved seating arrangement and pair it with a low sculptural coffee table in travertine, smoked glass or dark timber. Introduce warm bronze lighting, deep chocolate accents and a plush tonal rug to emphasise the sofa's glamorous, lounge-inspired character.

For a Contemporary Luxe living room, layer Alessio with cream, mocha, caramel and espresso tones. Pair it with polished stone, brushed bronze and sculptural lighting, keeping surrounding furniture relatively restrained so the sofa's ruched detailing remains the visual focus.

For a Contemporary Eclectic scheme, contrast its soft curves with bold artwork, an unusual statement coffee table and individually selected accent furniture. Mixing stone, timber, metal and art-led accessories will give the room a collected feel while Alessio provides a strong visual anchor.
