Alessio Armless Curved Modular Sofa – Mocha

The Alessio Armless Curved Modular Sofa in Mocha brings sculptural form, generous comfort and tactile detailing together in a sophisticated modular design. Created as a versatile centre section within the Alessio collection, its armless profile allows multiple modules to connect seamlessly, creating anything from a compact arrangement to an expansive curved statement sofa.

A deep, generously cushioned seat is complemented by the Alessio's signature vertically ruched backrest, introducing softness, movement and a distinctive sense of 1970s-inspired glamour. The warm mocha upholstery enhances the sofa's enveloping character, while the low-profile upholstered plinth gives the substantial silhouette a grounded, architectural presence.

Designed to coordinate with the Alessio Curved Corner and other modular sections, the armless module offers flexibility for both residential and hospitality interiors. Used individually, it creates an oversized lounge chair effect; combined with additional sections, it becomes part of a fluid, customisable seating composition.

Its combination of rounded proportions, textural upholstery and understated tonal palette makes Alessio particularly suited to 1970s Glamour, Contemporary Luxe and Contemporary Eclectic interiors.

Why You'll Love It

The Alessio Armless module gives you the freedom to create a sofa around the proportions and layout of your space rather than being restricted to a conventional fixed configuration. Its clean armless sides allow adjoining sections to sit naturally together, making it ideal for extending a curved sofa or creating a generous central seating section.

The contrast between the smooth, deep seat and dramatically gathered backrest gives the design its distinctive character. Finished in a warm mocha palette, it works beautifully with cream, ivory, chocolate, walnut, travertine and bronze, making it particularly easy to incorporate into sophisticated neutral interiors.

Its generous proportions also mean the module has enough visual presence to work independently as a statement lounge seat.

Styling Inspiration

For a 1970s Glamour-inspired interior, combine the Alessio Armless module with curved and corner sections to create a sweeping conversational sofa. Pair with a low travertine or smoked-glass coffee table, sculptural lighting and warm bronze accents for an elevated retro-luxury aesthetic.

For a Contemporary Luxe living room, layer mocha with ivory, cream and chocolate tones, introducing dark timber, natural stone and softly brushed metallic finishes. A large textured rug beneath the seating arrangement will help anchor its substantial proportions.

For larger open-plan spaces, position Alessio away from the walls and allow its modular form to define the living zone. Keep surrounding furniture relatively low and sculptural so the ruched backrest remains one of the room's defining design features.
